The company's vision was to offer safe, high-quality accommodation at affordable prices, with a particular focus on professionals and mature students seeking comfortable, well-maintained homes.

As the business has grown, so too has its reputation for delivering excellent service, quality accommodation and a professional, responsive approach to property management.

Today, K11 Property Solutions has proudly rebranded and is now trading as LiveWell Rooms & Lettings. While our name has changed, our commitment remains the same - to provide high-quality shared accommodation, exceptional customer service and a positive living experience for every tenant.
